For all forms we additionally store the timestamp of submission and your consent confirmation. We do not collect payment data — all transactions are handled by Shopify's secure payment infrastructure at shop.p3ach.com.
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver newsletters you have explicitly opted into, or process applications you have submitted. We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making, or third-party advertising.
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 31 DSG) when you fill in a contact form or subscribe to our newsletter. Some of our service providers (e.g. Netlify, Shopify) are located outside Switzerland and the EU. Where data is transferred to such third countries, we ensure adequate protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46 GDPR or participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Contact form data is retained for up to 12 months unless you request deletion earlier. Newsletter subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe. Inner Circle and Team application data is retained for up to 24 months for review purposes, then deleted.
Under GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG/nDSG), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data. This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may use minimal technical cookies required for site delivery and security. No personal data is stored in your browser by p3ach.com for marketing purposes.
Language preference: when you choose a language, we save that choice in your browser’s local storage (key p3ach_lang) so the site opens in your language next time. This is not a cookie, contains no personal data, is never transmitted to us and can be deleted in your browser settings at any time. Without a saved choice, the site suggests a language based on the country your request comes from; the country is derived from your IP address by our hosting provider at request time and is not stored by us.
Technical error reports: if a script error occurs while you use the site, your browser sends a short technical report to our own server function (error message, the page it happened on, browser type and version). We use this solely to detect and fix defects. The report contains no name, e-mail address or form contents, is limited to a few reports per visit and is kept in our hosting provider’s function logs for a short period before it is deleted automatically.
